"Really friendly and helpful staff but the pharmacy opening hours are a bit of a mystery and I'm often caught out with the pharmacy being closed. As far as I know there's no way to check for changes in their standard timetable which wouldn't be a problem except the timetable seems to change every second week. I understand exceptions but I've been left getting emergency forwarded prescriptions from other pharmacies far too often due to unannounced closures. Pharmacy also doesn't seem to check their WhatsApp despite it being advertised. It is a small pharmacy so things can be out of stock and I've been given the wrong medicine a few times or sent with an incomplete prescription without it being explained that they owe me more medicine and to come back in a few days. It can be stressful to deal with this pharmacy but the staff really make up for it. Honestly this review is more constructive criticism as I feel the flaws can be easily fixed and I love this pharmacy"
