"The pharmacist is extremely unhelpful. Tried to get an urgent prescription the night before our flight, we called and explained our situation and they insisted they were closing and couldn’t help us. We were there at 21:58 and they had already closed the shutters. So, not open until 10…. Open to ‘almost 10’ and not willing to help anyone in need. 0/5 stars."

"Avoid at all costs!!! After having a very unpleasant experience a few years ago - was given a ointment for adults even though was asking for a child -that could have turned into something really bad, have decided to give it another try so today my wife was there to get an antibiotic on prescription. She was told that the medical card she has will not cover it so she needs to pay full price (normal HSE medical card). Intrigued by this I went into the pharmacy to see why that is the case and was seeking a response. Even though I was extremely polite, I was told several times that I need a GMS medical card. As I work in a completely different field I asked what does GMS stand for and none of the staff was able to tell me, also was told that I am annoying with all these questions. Have politely asked for the prescription back and went to Leonard's Corner Pharmacy where they had absolutely no issue with same prescription/same medical card and charged just €1.5 as normal. The blonde girl was particularly rude and raising her voice while also being smart saying that it is not her job to explain this to me. One would think that people working in the pharmacies should be more qualified and should treat people a lot better specifically when they are in pain."

"Worst pharmacy i have ever been to. Both the male and Female working there make 0 effort to be professional. In fact it takes effort to be that bad at customer facing roles. Rude, unhelpfull and unprofessional. I have visited here a few times and everytime its the same. Leonards Corner Pharmacy is very close by and is so much better!"
