"I want to make everyone aware, especially the management of this place that they run restrive practices that affect psychology and safety of customers. You cannot exit this establishment unless someone physically presses a button in the room behind the counter, to let you out. You cannot exit unless someone let's you out! Pharmacies are always frequented by people who already have psychological problems , anxiety, phobias and other mental issues including depression and anger caused sometimes by chronic and even terminating illnesses. For suffering people this is the last thing they need! This place needs to be reported and checked for fire safety as this "feature" is not sound thinking and in case of a fire people would not know how to open the door to escape. This restricted place acts like a bank, like a high security establishment instead of being a network of support for the community, supporting wellbeing, social inclusion and equality. What are they isolating from, why the strictness, the locked doors? I am shocked, and there are many people that are maybe even unknowingly affected negatively about this maladaptive practice"
