"I brought my niece and nephew Christmas shopping last Saturday. My niece saw a brand of cosmetics she liked in the window of Burke's Pharmacy so we went in. I am so glad we did, a lovely young man served us! He went to great lengths to help my niece with advice and samples and mirror and wipes at hand! He was wonderful so kind, patient and knowledgeable. What a positive and memorable experience for my niece who as a young teenager is beginning to experiment with make up. He beautifully gift-wrapped her lip gloss. He was so lovely to us all. We were all delighted, it was the best shop we went into that day by far! It was the best customer experience I honestly had, in such a long time!
