"I use Downeys as my pharmacy for prescriptions and general items you would purchase in a pharmacy, you won't find a more professional and compassionate team. They go above and beyond to advise you and fulfill your prescriptions. All done with a positive and friendly attitude."

"0/5 Staff neglected to advise that prescription was not filled completely, said they'd try arrange delivery of the missing items and call back, no call, next day was told that I would have been told it wasn't filled, I confirmed again I was not, as I'd have filled it elsewhere and as they retained the prescription and charged me for it, I was therefore prevented from acquiring the medication , and was told that it was my word against theirs, that I could order a taxi to courier them out but they would not cover the cost. Edit: The Pharmacy staff member (a 'gentleman', perhaps the owner? They acted as if that were so) in ringing me back after I posted this review, did so to chastise me for the negative review of the negative experience, which was massively inappropriate. I also discovered after this again, that they'd substituted one of my prescribed items for an unknown item instead, again without informing me either in the pharmacy, or on the phone in multiple calls. I'm not certain that the tablets provided are even close to the ones that were required, in any case, not being comfortable or confident with their substitutions to doctors' chosen medication, I had to arrange getting a new prescription and getting that filled and delivered to me, this pharmacy made one journey into three, two of which were only necessary because of the balls they made of filling a prescription."
