"Fantastic customer service! I came in to get bandages for a wound on Friday and the health advisor applied them to the wound (she told me she also works as a nurse but unfortunately I forgot her name even though she told me - I have the memory of a goldfish). Really appreciate her support with that. Many thanks again, Philip"

"They've been my pharmacy for years and they've always been excellent. I just call ahead to pick up a prescription my GP sent, and by the time I get down there it's ready."

"terrible experience again - had to spend hours on the phone to St Mixhaels hospital medical records to prove my prescription ( even though they KNOW me)while not being able to breathe, to get a simple inhaler - cried for hours as they watched on --- horrendous experience will never go back- how dare they hold a ventolin as ransom until i had proof which they knew as ive been a patient there, for about two years so .... inexcusable behaviour !! - first do no harm ! - i mean those inhalers are 2 euros over the counter everywhere else in Europe , so its nothing to do with danger and ALL to do with POWER! no thanks and btw -my Dad was a phamacist and I grew up in one, so I know how to treat people in distress."
