Darby O'Gill Tours

"Unfortunately the service was terrible. We got to the cliffs for several hours, but on the cliffs we were allowed to walk for only 40 minutes. Then there was a walk on a crowded boat, where people just stood because there was nowhere to sit. On the way back, our comfortable bus broke down and all the passengers were seated in a couple of minibuses, and that was the worst thing. It was very crowded, there was no toilet and ventilation, the children were crying. It was a terrible few hours of travel to Dublin. But that's not all, on the way back, the driver came up to us and said that this was not a taxi and he did not have the opportunity to deliver all the passengers where they needed. So we'll have to get off at a random stop (he couldn't even tell where exactly we'd be dropped off) and get where we need to go on our own. We were very surprised to be dropped off at a restaurant where other passengers from Las Vegas wanted to dine. "Thanks, yes, that's the restaurant. Stop here." - so the guests from America thanked our driver and we were all dropped off. We had to walk another kilometer to our stop. I do not recommend Darby O'Gill Tours. The cliffs of Moher are a very beautiful place, but unfortunately this service ruined our holiday. The main memory was a few hours in a stuffy minibus and the desire of the driver to serve the guests from Las Vegas."

"I went to the Giant's Causeway with Darby O'Gill and have to say I was absolutely delighted with the tour. Very comfortable bus, tea and coffee on the bus. The driver was fantastic giving good information and advice and having a bit of fun as well. I would absolutely highly recommend this tour and will definitely consider going on different tours with these guys in future. Well worth it. The one advice I have though - get dressed for Irish weather. Unfortunately the sun can't be booked in advance."

"We did a day tour to Giant’s Causeway, Rope bridge, and Dark Hedges. The trip was very organized, convenient and fun, as our tour guide/driver Eugene was very informative, always on time, and has a lot of sense of humor. We also had a couple of stops to grab some food and freshen up. I will definitely recommend this tour company to all my friends and colleagues. We would like to thank Eugene for this very enjoyable trip, from me, my mom and my fiancé."

"Excellent. John (bus driver and guide) was extremely well educated, he also gave to our daughters some fruits and some soft drinks. I recommend 100%, the bus is quite comfortable (Mercedes). Chespest fares. Kids go free under 8 years. Don't waste your time, must book with Darby O'Gill their three tours. I recommend you walk by the path cliff's instead of visiting the tower."

"Amazing day out at Giant Causeway and Carrick A Rede rope bridge with the funny and acknowledged guide, Murphy. During the trip he explained a lot of precious thing without speaking too much neither making the trip boring instead. Very small group, cozy and well equipped coach. Prices was the best I found in Dublin."
