"If you need to change the address on your policy they charge you a admin fee its £35 rip-off also a move the car from my Driveway into a classic car storage unit cctv 24 security and they put up the premium. Obviously they make it up just to get more money out of you. I am going to say something positive if you don’t need to make a claim and you don’t have to change anything they are the cheapest."

"DO NOT USE! If you change details or have a none fault accident they are not only unprofessional but outright thieves! Use to be great but last couple of years they have gotten very greedy. Doubled my policy for no reason even though the address was the same. Found a quote that was a third of the price. Cancelled it and now threatening bailiffs. It's ok I've moved house now and don't need a credit score so will let them waste money on bailiffs. Total disgrace. Have a case ongoing with financial ombudsman and trading standards."

"May be competitive but make any changes to you policy and they will rinse you like a wet mop. Change of correspondence address with no change in circs, location of where vehicle kept , just correspondence address, £35. I will not be using them again."

"Paid £1600 for my 17 year old sons first car insurance! Went with this quote though very far from the cheapest, one month in my son lost his job! Was contacted by them to be told he now would have to pay an additional £625 for a change of job title from retail to construction! Does not use his car for work at all! How can they justify this huge increase! Absolutely discusted at their complete lack of customer service! Proffitering at its finest on a 17 year old with learning disabilities. Avoid this rip off company like the plage, they treat customers like criminals. Can't describe how disappointed he feels."

"To start to get insurance may be great when it comes to make changes or cancel the insurance because you sold you old car or whatever reason! Good luck. They will have you!!! They like to keep you on the line for a very long time, I will not be surprised if that comes out to be a premium number too, I will never ever buy anything from this company again."
