"COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could give zero stars I would. I researched houses through a third party and after months of narrowing down I finally decided on a house. I purchased the house, was sent confirmation, and deposit payment was taken from my account. After my booking was confirmed.. i then purchased Disney tickets and other NONREFUNDABLE tickets to go along with my vacation rental. I was then told about a week later the price was not correct and it was going to be more than DOUBLE what I spent. They admitted THEY made the error/ mistake but WOULD not honor the price they had it listed for. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND USE SOMEONE RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY!!!!"

"We came down to our house and checked in for a one week stay Saturday through Saturday. On Tuesday we evacuated due to hurricane Ian. People that stayed in our area had to be rescued. Florida premier properties is offering no refund, credit, or compensation for the days missed of our vacation. I have tried to speak with someone through message and voicemail and have received little help. I guess they would have recommended us staying in the house with 5 children total during a category 5 hurricane. Our house was nice but we never even got to enjoy it. I would stay away from a company that is not there for you when things go wrong."

"We stayed in the house by Florida Premier Rentals in February. The house was great and we loved having the pool. We travel to Orlando each year for Cheer Nationals and this was a perfect house for all the moms to stay. We all got out own room and the beds were so comfortable! There was plenty of space for all of us and the kitchen was large enough for us all to be in it. We will for sure rent this home again! High recommend this property! Also, loved the big TV. Perfect for us to watch the cheer competition together!"
