"Absolutely hate going in here!! ONLY when I’m desperate. Always one person on the till with long queues while other workers just around talking or stacking full shelves. They spend too much time talking to each other instead of dealing customers. It feels like Iceland went to the trailer park and gave jobs to the first people they saw. Absolutely terrible service 90% of the time. Tescos and Sainsbury's is the way to go."
