"Stopped by when passing. Heating had seemingly stopped working. They asked US to leave the car for an hour, for when someone could have a look at it. Collected car after under an hour - £54!! Only a small plastic side section had been removed - and kept- subsequently they couldn't even tell us what 'investigations' they had carried out. Very unhappy at not being made aware of a transaction taking place! In the end there was no problem with heating."
