Reviews
"I am a Hard Rock enthusiasts, I stay in one everywhere I travel and eat in the Cafe, that's why it pains me not to give the full 5 stars. The room was lovely, spacious, crisp and clean. The location was on one of Dublins busiest streets, with your tour bus stops right outside the door. The service however was a bit all over. The staff were fantastic at providing free extras (as it was my birthday) such as a vinyl player in my room, and a bottle of bubbly. However when it came to booking room service and making a reservation for the following day via reception, they let us down on both occasions. Over all a great experience, I'd recommend it to anyone and definitely stay again myself."
"We had a nice 3 night stay, late October 2022. I thought room layout with bathroom sink open within the room quite unusual. No privacy for washing or shaving etc. Otherwise we enjoyed the restaurant, see Zampas review. Good location near to Temple bar but a little noisy in the room at night."
"This hotel was our favorite place to stay out of our entire trip to Europe. It was clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect. The atmosphere and vibe of the hotel was incredible. I highly recommend! We would definitely stay here again."
"Just checked out of the Hard Rock Dublin and couldn’t write this review quickly enough. We stayed Friday-Monday and I think it was by far the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. We were greeted by Markuss who was absolutely excellent. So friendly and so helpful. I’d made an error on my booking and he quickly sorted it out. He was so attentive and couldn’t have been kinder. He gave us recommendations for the city and helped us book Kilmainham. The rooms were spotless and really nicely decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable too - we slept like babies the whole trip. We had food and drinks at the restaurant - both delicious. The restaurant/bar has a really calm and inviting feel and again the staff are fabulous. I genuinely think we could’ve spent the whole trip in the hotel and never left it - although it’s so close to everything in location that you’re literally steps from anywhere you want to go. Easy to get home after a few pints of Guinness in Temple bar too. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone! Can’t wait to go back!"
