"We visited it for awards. Can't say anything about the rooms as we can't stay. Service it self was good just looked very understaffed behind the bar. For especially events like awards where most finalists looking for a drinks before ceremony begins. Would expect waiting time 10min but not 30-45min Food was amazing. Location is great and easy accessible."
"We received excellent service even though we did not stay. Refugees from Ukraine were placed in our hotel and our reservation was cancelled. We did not know this until we arrived after our 2 week tour. Graham was excellent-he saw to it we had accommodations in city center with arranged taxis to and from each way..hotels are as good as the service you receive and this went above and beyond."
"I keep coming back to this hotel because of the staff. From the airport shuttle driver to the night manager, and the restaurant staff, I have always had an exceptional experience. They do a great job of making their guests feel welcomed and cared for. The rooms are well designed, functional, and perfect for a overnight stay before a flight or if you’re coming in late from the airport. You really can’t get better value for what you’re paying. This is my go-to-accommodation for when I fly into Dublin."
