"Absolutely shocking. Paid for their bronze service schedule. Only turned up once in a year, then tried charging me for it. Then tried to charge my solicitors charges on for missed payment.... When it was covered in my bronze service..."

"Absolutely shocking. Ramp I've had for 2 half years but barely used it through lockdown and it's leaning one side. Phoned them up and customer service shocking. Said 6 to 8 weeks to come out to look at it and £180 plus vat. They think that's acceptable for a call out charge. I purchased this through euro car parts and still awaiting help aswell . Gemco then said even though its there engineer's and ramp I have to complain the euro car parts. Absolute shocking ."

"If I could zero stars, I would. Absolutely shocking and pathetic customer service and the standard of their 'engineers' is laughable. It has taken them TWO YEARS to get a statement to me so I can settle an account that I returned MANY direct debit mandates to pay with. Then when I contacted them about a ramp of mine breaking down a few days after they carried out a major repair on my ramp, they would not come out until my account had been settled (despite me trying to sort it for 2 years). Paying the balance is not a problem but when you consider the fact that they caused the breakdown and I had just paid over £700 for the original repair, it's a bit of a cheek. My ramp remained broken for 3 weeks so I had to contact snap-on (GIVING ME AN UNEEDED £240 CALL OUT BILL) for their help instead and they told me that the Gemco technicians had not routed cables correctly down the power post resulting in wires to comes out of a solonoid. In reponse to this, I got 'bad attitude' from the operations manager and was begrudgingly sent out the same two technicians who did the repair a few days later. They discovered the same problem snap-on had advised me about and they repaired it.... but guess what..... they have SENT ME A £336.00 BILL TO FIX IT. THERE OWN ERROR. I could add countless other bad experiences of this coming from over the last few years but unfortunately ive got to spend an hour on hold to Gemco customer services now to dispute this latest invoice. DO NOT USE GEMCO UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES."

"Absolutely pathetic,unprofessional and incompetent company. Have been waiting for an installation for the last 6 weeks and constant cancellations and rearranged dates and still no sign of installation! The communication has been poor with no one having the courtesy to call back to explain the cause of the days-i have had to constantly chase up. They take your money upfront and then leave you hanging and waiting around. Stay well clear of such a company!!!"
