"Awful customer service... I walked in today and asked if I can get my eyebrows threaded. The only beautician said that that will be no problem if I come back in 20 minutes. I was back in about 18. Upon my return I found the beautician finishing with the same customer and also a line of 4 people (who all apparently just walked in in the 20 minutes I was gone for). She then offered me a 5th place in line (probably at least another 40 minutes of waiting), which considering I was there with my 1 year old daughter didn’t look like a great idea. Now maybe I’m old fashioned, but when you are told to come back at a certain time, you kind of expect to be seen. Well, I guess not in this place. Would never go there again or recommend it to anyone I know. I normally never post a negative reviews, hardly any reviews at all but beautician’s attitude made me very upset..."
