"I cannot say enough about the customer service that AJ Products demonstrates yesterday. I ordered some large shelving for my office but when I started to unpack to assemble it there was some slight damage to the goods as is normal from time to time. How AJ dealt with the matter was outstanding. I emailed AJ and called the next morning. They said someone would call me back who deals with returns. I got a call straight away. The customer service advised that they had another one in stock and they would send out their delivery guy that day and replace the shelving. That afternoon they arrived as promised and even assembled the shelving as a good will gesture. Excellent customer service which is very rare. No chasing with phone calls, hassle free and a pleasure to deal with. Try getting that service from the large online retail company that seems to be dominating the globe!"
