"Hi, We have had our glass splash-back fitted this morning, and this is the last piece of the jigsaw. Our kitchen was installed by Lucan, and we opted to go with their tradesmen. That was a mistake..Plumber; first class, sparks; Dunce class material, but the best was the tiler. He came and went over 5 days, (Cheltenham week) and only got the work done because we would not pay upfront. My biggest complaint is with the woman we dealt with, who runs Lucan Kitchens. My complaints about the above were thrown back on me, because I "back footed" the tiler, by asking to do his job correctly. The job is Finnished now, buy only after we engaged an other electrician and a plasterer. So be prepared to stand up for your design ( if plausibly ) , and source your own tradesmen. This kitchen which is small took 7.5 week's to complete,(a weeks delay for the snow) but even at that it has been an "experience"... The kitchen itself is fine, and now we can start to cook real food again."

"Can't praise them enough. We got our kitchen redone by them and the result is much better than we had expected! They worked with us to get final design which changed a few times during its course. We got great suggestions too which helped us great deal whenever we were confused. They are very quick at sorting minor issues one has after a complete redo of their kitchen. I am glad I went there and got my money's worth!"
