"I bought a pellet stove from them a little over 2 years ago and was very happy with the service when we were buying. Stove was installed no problem. The after sale service is the worst I have ever seen. I tried for 3 weeks to get the stove serviced you have to ring the office and Sheila is the person you will speak to. Her customer service skills are zero, she has to be one of the most ignorant awful women I have ever ever spoken to. When I did eventually get a date they won't give a time so you have to make sure you are at home all day. Then with an hours notice she cancelled my slot for the service with no apology no explanation and when I told her I had taken the day off work her answer was simply no one asked you to! I asked for another date and she barked that she'll contact me if and when they can reschedule. I would never ever recommend this store again to anyone."
"I recently visited the store to buy an expensive flu system but never again. Martin is the most ignorant, unfriendly and unhelpful Person I have ever come across. He has no customer relations skills what so ever . I honestly don't know how they do any business. I certainly won't be ever returning or recommending this place to anyone"

"Just had a new stove and fireplace installed at a fraction of the cost of some of the other quotes I received. We only waited 3 weeks from ordering to install and the guys who installed were fast, tidy and done a great job. Tony in the shop was very helpful when deciding what we wanted."
