In particular, Sebastian from the Sallins store helped me a lot through the process to chose and decide floor type and carpet for my new home. We experienced problems with the materials and leveling of the floor when the first contractor went to put the laminate but then again, Sandra from customer support, was very helpful to sort out all the issues and find the best solution for me. The prices are competitive and all the contractors provided during the process were excellent. I definitely recommend them."
