"Really good experience buying my daughters Moozy high sleeper. Lovely communication with the company, the bed itself was gorgeous. Delivery was supposed to be approx 2-3 weeks but ended up being around 5. No problem to us as we expected there might be a delay..we were in no hurry so we just contacted the store for reassurance and awaited arrival. My daughter is absolutely delighted with her bed, very sturdy and good quality."

"So disappointed in my experience with this company, waited 3 weeks and wrong colour was delivered,no one available to contact after 4.30 on a Friday, eventually got a reply on Monday saying someone would contact me before the end of the day, heard nothing until I followed up Wednesday, once again got a reply to say it had been escalated and would be dealt with and still nothing,Friday again tomorrow and I'm sure nothing will be picked up or exchanged so I either have to build a bed I didn't want so my kids have somewhere to sleep after 4!! Weeks or spend the rest of the weekend tripping over 6 large boxes taking up my whole upstairs. Not worth the stress and would never order from here again"

"All bad reviews down there could reflect mine here as well. Combination of delay, ignoring calls and bad customer service seems to be norm for that company. 6 weeks after arranged date bed is still not delivered with possible another 2 weeks of delay. Other thing is that staff in the shop dont inform you about possibility of extensive delays ( date was agreed with salesman ) and consequences if/when you want to pull your deposit back. You dont get to know these terms until you actually have payed your deposit when you get your invoice !!! Let me tell you COVID is long gone and it cannot be excuse when the date is set on the invoice. Will be delt via third party. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! THE LOWEST POSSIBLE SCORE IS WHAT THEY DESERVE !!!"

"I am just completely fed up with this crowd. We ordered out bed on the 3rd of July and was advised 2-3 weeks for delivery. After hearing nothing from them we got in contact after 3 weeks to get an update. They advised out bed would be in store within a week and they apologised for the delay. Again no contact a week later we were then told it would definitely be in by the 19th of Aug and starting pulling the covid card. Again no contact after the 19th so I called again to advised my 4 year old is sleeping on an air bed and if its not here within the week I wanted a refund. I was garenteed it would be delivered again by early September. Again it wasn't when I called back again they did offer to send out a base which I accepted but again was garenteed delivery the following week. Again no contact. We were advised this week the bed was in and had a delivery driver call me to confirm delivery today. Within hours of that call I have recieved a text to advise a staff member has tested positive for covid 19 and no delivery's will be going ahead until further notice. Dose you large furniture store only have 1 driver and one truck? Covid 19 is not an excuse at this stage if you can't provide the goods don't sell them. I have asked for a refund on numerous occasions which has just been ignored. Going by the ithe reviews alot of people seen to be in the same boat. Please refund my purchase as soon as possible as I just want to be done with this."
