"I would've given it 1½ stars if it was an option. We were at the front of the queue, we asked the lady if they had the product we were looking for, she said "yes" and made us wait. Even though five people left the shop they wouldn't let us in because the lady wasn't watching the people leave (clearly not paying attention) really disappointing when the product wasn't in the store. There was only staff on the ground floor but not in the top floor where she told us where the product was. Very disappointed with this. Waste of time for us and other people in the queue. Help never came either. They made us wait for no reason."

If you bring something home and it doesn't fit your decor then they are happy to refund or exchange the product. Staff are always happy and ready to help you out in the store with decor advice. Super store"
