"Just after purchasing a gift from this store, never been mistreated like this. First the website indicates different price and staff forced me to place order online indicating it's a mistake and it's now a different price, but even after placing the order online and wasting 30 minutes, they didn't want to give my purchase. Ashford collections what you are doing is illegal and you could be sued for this. (Based on your response, I wasn't treated very well,please don't tell lies. A normal business company would not force a customer to order online and would just discount that 10 euro, It is not my problem that you haven't changed the price online. I suppose you need to look into law yourself and question really what happened before commenting and what exactly good customer service entails for you?, if by assistant telling me " you can try ordering online but I doubt it will work" and spending 30 minutes ordering, and once receiving order the assistant not giving my product and disappearing (probably calling you, to ask what to do)is a good service, then my friend you got very bad perception what exactly is treating good and having good service. I do really hope people will look at your reply and realise what sort of business you are."
