"I contacted sofa plus in March to discuss reupholstering my corner suite...I have it 17 years and love it.. but was tired of colour...we agreed a price and picked the fabric...I decided on the base a fleck black and cushions (removable)fleck grey..they collected sofa in the 19th April and delivered it back today the 28th...it is an absolutely fabulous job...I love it...I couldn't recommend them more... "January 2022, and I still have no chair back since 2019. I ordered the BoConcept Ogi Swivel armchair to be re-upholstered in October of 2019. Sofa Plus Upholstery promised to have it ready for Jan 2020. After 20+ emails and messages, multiple broken promises to deliver my chair back, I still do not have my chair back. I understand the impact of COVID on businesses, which is why I had given more than enough time to complete my chair's re-upholstery work Sofa Plus Upholstery committed to delivering back in January 2020. This company was the most frustrating to deal."
"I would totally recommend these guys, This the second time I have used them , I got two suits of furniture and my Dining room chairs done, I went from fabric to leather, they done an amazing job, as i could not find what I was looking for in the shops ,these guys designed it exactly the way i wanted. I would definitely think twice about buying a new sofa again after seeing the work these guys do."
"The worst customer service I have ever received. They were informed that we needed this doing before a certain date and agreed to this, but kept pushing out the collection date. My partner even called a week before to speak to the manager, as there had been no communication and was told he was on his lunch and will call back afterwards, but he never received the call. Finally, 3 days before the job was meant to be complete, they had said the clutch had gone on the van, so couldn't follow through with the job. Not even an apology given."
