"Very poor service and communication. Recieved an incorrect order after waiting six weeks for it to arrive (was initially told there was a 3-4 week lead time). I was told that I may have contributed to the error as I ordered an usual colour and it was a small order which they do not specialise in I was also told that the factory where the chairs are made was on holidays for the month of August, however we were not told that when we placed the order or we would have ordered from somewhere else. Perhaps they should consider sticking to larger orders!very disappointing."
