"Hi, we ordered the floors with fitting in Tallaght shop. Shop representative made a measuring. Next day the guys who were fitting the floors told me that they are short 4 boxes . When I was trying to deal with this guy in the shop was extremely rude, was saying that WE are short when we did not do any measuring and we have to pay . Otherwise he will tell the fitting team to disassembly the floor which was done and they will leave . I never in my life was experiencing such of incompetence, bad customer service, lack of dealing with the problem . I went myself to buy missing materials and brought them with my own transport. So far the worst experience Ive ever seen ."

"Got 2 sets of stairs fitted. Great service in the shop. The rep took lots of time to talk me through the options. Carpet came exactly when they said it would, feels great underfoot. Fitter took great care and attention on the joins to the laminate and took away all the rubbish. Price was half what I got quoted in another well known carpet company. Would highly reccomend."

Also got floors fitted and again quality of floor and skirting board are great and guys who fitted were fantastic particularly Conny. Will 100% be using again."
