"Hygienist is excellent, I book every 3 months. Yearly dentist appointment is not satisfactory. Different dentist every time. Check up is not thorough and room unhygienic. I left today in pain and with bleeding after a simple check up on healthy teeth! My gum was pierced by rough check up (despite the fact I’ve had a blood clot and they never check on current/past medical history). X-ray is now performed in a small room with just a male dentist. Not even given the option for the female nurse to accompany until I had to ask. It was such a good dentist many years ago, but sadly not anymore."
"Have had two good dentists here over the years but there is no continuity as the others, seen a few, have been not good. It appears they do not want to do preventative work, preferring to leave things for extraction, unless go private... Reception staff have been mostly nice and the hygiene standards seem good. Needed an emergency appt' once only to be told they do not do this! I think 2 stars is appropriate!"

"I had the most thorough checkup I’ve had for years, each tooth was individually checked and recorded and three x-rays were taken. At the end of the checkup I was carefully talked through his findings and my options going forward. We’ll done - refreshing!"
