"Review in relation to horrible customer service. The woman behind the counter looked miserable and was giving a dirty look when going to pay for products. This was a Sunday and was so quiet. I don't know what's happened but customer service is seriously lacking in all businesses in this area. They have no idea how to greet somebody or act professional. Before to work in customer service you needed a positive, friendly personality. Now the qualification is to apply for these jobs. Madness. I know nothing will change so the only thing we can do is avoid these places and give our business elsewhere.businesses have to realise that people will shop elsewhere when you have to deal with rude staff like this. A complaint means nothing now. Rant over"
