"BRILLIANT! A+++!!! Can't rate this shop and Robert highly enough. No words to describe! With 30 years in this job, Robert helped me find just the perfect mattress for me at an amazing price. Not just that, he delivered it the same day (!!) and was extremely punctual. And that's not all: upon delivering the mattress and seeing my bed frame, he immediately noticed a number of problems with it (due to a terrible earlier repair job...) and proceeded to fix EVERYTHING (!!!) extremely quickly, including walking back to his shop (nearby, but still a considerable walk) to fix a key piece of the frame - adding multiple supports to it, and also bringing a few more new pieces of wood for support to replace older, broken ones. He didn't ask any payment for this - I am so delighted at his generosity - he basically renewed the bed, which is now amazing, like new!!! I am a difficult sleeper, and by finding the perfect mattress for me and repairing the bed frame, Robert probably extended my life for a few years :-) Please support your local shops - Just Beds is such a gem! Living in Dun Laoghaire for the last eight years, I used to pass by this brilliant shop almost daily, I am so glad I finally visited this one (instead of Ikea or other giant retailers). "About 10 years ago I purchased a number of beds from Just Beds. Last month one of the long wooden side frames cracked and broke. I went to see the delightful and charming Rob to buy a new bed. Unfortunately he no longer stocks that style. He asked to see a picture of the damage and offered to repair it. I was amazed and delighted. 3 days later Rob called and said I might collect the repaired wooden frame. He had glued the wood in 3 places and screwed 2 pieces of wood on the inside for support. He refused all offers of payment as he said it didn't take long . It would have certainly taken me an age. I was delighted at his generosity and the service I received. The bed is now reassembled and better than ever. I would highly recommend Just Beds - a local firm with great beds and fantastic service."
