"I had placed an order for a rug on the 4th of April. I waited nearly 3 weeks, and nothing arrived. After speaking to Michael, who investigated the matter for me, it turned out that the rug was lost in transit (which can happen). I was refunded my payment of €177 through Paypal. Michael offered an alternative, if I ever wanted to try and buy from them again, I could send said products to his email, and I could pick up directly from the store in Rathew. I am happy it was resolved."

"Recently bought a double bed from here prado 4'6. Reason for this bed is that i briefly moved back home and needed a cheap double bed. I had hesitations about the quality of such a cheap bed but its is actually sturdy enough and seems to be good quality which is mad cause it cost 150euro! the real reason why I'm giving a 5 star review is the speed at which it was delivered.... 2 days! couldn't believe it tbh! so yea good product, great price & insanely quick delivery!!!"
