"Awful experience ordering 2 mirrors. Ordered and paid in store. He said we'd have the mirrors in 1-2 weeks. We waited for 4 weeks before contacting them. We were directed online, where it just said "processing". We waited another 3 weeks before contacting again. Apparently they had tried contacting to book in delivery but couldn't get through, so they cancelled the order and refunded?? They didn't have an email for us either. Turns out the phone number provided was missing a digit (maybe I wasn't clear in calling out my number or maybe an error by the sales assistant, who knows). However, Couple of things I have an issue with: 1. Surely the booking system should recognize if the mobile number is short a digit. 2. Why not take an email address also? This is pretty normal procedure. 3. The attempted delivery was still SIX weeks after payment, far from the 1-2 weeks advised. Pretty poor experience."
