"This place is an absolute gem I went in the other day for a browse and came out with half the shop The staff are exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly but not at all pushy I dealt with Peter who is the resident bed expert and Des who knows all things about carpets Nothing was too much trouble for either of them Des came down at 9 o clock 2 days after my visit to measure up and booked me in for fitting within a week. Peter talked me through all the different beds mattresses and headboards, and ordered the complete bed to be delivered in 4 weeks. Upstairs Raffa the upholsterer was encyclopedic in his knowledge and really creative in his approach to fabrics and colours. He even helped me choose a fabric that the cat won't particularly like to scratch (I never knew such a thing existed)He will have my suite collected on the day that my bed is delivered and have it all back to me in time for Christmas No big warehouse store could compete with the level of quality and excellent customer service that Matthew Kelly and his staff can If you want a one stop shop to beat all others then support this local Irish business."

"Poor Quality & Poor Customer Service. Customer Service is disgraceful and kind of bizarre. Let's start with the product! Please be aware that you will probably receive a different product than what you chose at their store (pictures attached) and when you report it to them, they will argue with you saying that is exactly the SAME product, the manufacturer just used a different colour, this shouldn't be a problem - you just gotta accept it. The colour & aesthetic of the mattress didn't bother me but I know that this can be an issue for many people out there so please be aware of that. My main concern here is the quality of the mattress, which is very poor and it just feels wrong - it doesn't feel the same mattress that I chose at their store even-though they say it is. I visited their store 3 times before buying it. Myself and my partner couldn't afford financially speaking to buy a wrong mattress and then having to buy another in the future so we made sure to test the one we chose at their store very well. Yes, they will send a rep to your home to check on the mattress but you kind of already know what to expect from this rep. He came in for a couple of minutes and said "I don't see any issues with the structure of the mattress" (those common phrases when you just wanna tick the box but not really help) so my suggestion for you don't even waste your time getting a day off from work just to hear this excuse. I won't name people here but someone from their management team who should be the one leading as an example and listening to what you (customers) are saying and try to handle the complaints in a professional and polite way, unfortunately will do the opposite. He was extremely, I mean EXTREMELY rude & aggressive. Well I've never experienced that poor level of customer service anywhere in the world. It seems that being direct and rude is a technique that they use to make YOU GO AWAY (that's what I felt). I know that this review won't get me anywhere and I just have to accept the sad reality that I've bought a bad mattress from a bad company - hopefully this review can help people out there to avoid making the same mistake I did.
