"Excellent bargain, we like the carpet and laminate flooring. However, Declan's employees are kinda careless, and not great communication between me and Declan. A few skirting boards were harmed by them. I know it's difficult to avoid damaging skirting boards, but some of them look really awful (we moved into a brand-new house, but the skirting boards already look like they've been there for a while) and the bathroom door couldn't be closed because the transition stripe was too high. One of Declan's men told me he would return in a couple of days and repair it, but they never did. Being unable to give my wife and daughters their own personal space in the bathroom particularly irritated me. Declan didn't respond to a few of my texts, and he recently informed me that it wasn't his job to fix the problem. He eventually said it was fine and he resolved it this morning. All he did was change different bar of transition stripe. Imagine that we waited over 3 months just to change a bar and now the door finally shut properly… If communication was better and less damaged then I would’ve rate them 5 stars."
