"Terrible service. Sub standard food. Such a shame as used to enjoy it there. The food was cheap and terrible. Rude waitress. We asked for seasoned fries and were given normal ones, when the waitress came over to do the usual “is everything ok?” I said i think we asked for seasoned fries, she replied rather rudely and abrupt “they are seasoned” as I said ok she walked off! As you can see from the picture they clearly were not seasoned! The chicken was plain and tasted cheap. Staff seemed uninterested and were having private conversations at full voice, felt like a wasted night and a waste of money. Used to come here often over the years and haven’t been back in years and it’s really gone down hill. Would avoid at all costs"

"This was our 4th visit, as always an exceptional standard of customer service, friendly, bubbly, visible, approachable staff and GM. Great food, decent product range. Catered for all our needs, what more could I ask for. We visited 3 times and sadly they had no biscoff cheesecake but this time they did, it was sensational. Food was good too, as always compliments to the chef. Thank you."
