"They said they would be around 45 mins. 53 mins later I gave them a call to see where they were and was told they had taken another fare instead. I was left stranded on country lane in the dark and cold at night. If they weren't going to come, they could have let me know. Incredibly inconsiderate, and they didn't even apologise. Nasty people. "I didn’t catch my drivers name but he drove me and my very distressed cat to an emergency vet in Brighton yesterday.
