"We stayed 7 nights, Roger showed us to our lovely room, he did mention it was ready for a refurbishment! The amenities excellent everything we needed and more, Pam's breakfast was delicious and filling, set us up for the day, Roger was very knowledgeable about Norwich and helped with bus times etc Pam and Roger went out their way to make our stay perfect in every way."

"From start to finish I was well looked after. The rooms were clean and spacious and Roger and Pam were so welcoming. The location was superb and parking. The room had a microwave, toaster, small fridge and tea and coffee facilities that were replenished everyday. I had my own key so I could come and go as I liked and the breakfast was first class. I had to ask for less on day two as there was so much of it. A great start to the day. I will definitely be staying there again and recommend it to any one looking for accommodation in Norwich. Thank you Pam and Roger for being such great hosts."
