"Very disturbed night's sleep, due to my bedroom window being just yards from a McDonald's Drive through order point. After suffering a night of noise from the drive through and cars with big exhaust's revving their engines whilst they ordered. I reported this to the reception the next morning who apologised and acknowledged the problem and asked me to take this up with the Guest Relation team via email. I emailed the team and explained the problem and based on two replies from them it was external noise and not their problem. My advice to anyone staying there if you get a room that backs onto the drive through, go back to reception and reject the room!! Don't waste your time contacting Guest relations they don't want to know."

"Rooms were clean, location close to airport, couple other shops placed close by so options for feeding yourself. Adjacent pub decent, food okay. Overall what you expect from Premier Inn at an airport location."

"Thing is with Premier you know what your going to get. And you get it every time. If premier inn opened a hotel on the moon it would still be the same. Same bed , desk , tv and restaurant either inside or next door. And most times free parking. They have pretty much cornered the economy business travel market. No surprises and that’s why I always use them. This example is the same as always. Friendly reception. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed etc. Additional tea and coffee sachets are available at reception. A good nights sleep was had and the restaurant next door was okay (see other review). The price for this one was quite expensive at 103.00 for the night. But I guess due to the location next to the airport. A McDonald’s is also within walking distance if you fancy fast food."

"Very quiet best nights sleep I've had in a hotel in Norwich and I've used alot. Only thing letting our stay down was beefeater next door very unruly children screaming at breakfast bouncing on chairs and parent plus staff doing nothing about it. Stay in the hotel again but will never use beefeater again"
