"Enjoyed our stay here, we booked at very short notice, and it met our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and were available at all hours. The room was quite basic but comfortable. It definitely had more character than a Travelodge! And the self contained apartment style gave us a lot of freedom to come & go as we pleased and cater for ourselves."

"Terrible. Room smelt awful and hadn't been properly clean, evidenced by the dirty socks in the bathroom from a previous occupant. Shower was coming off the wall and took about 5 minutes to warm up. Door to the bathroom hanging off hinges. Holes in the walls. Someone screaming to be let in to the hotel at 5 in the morning. I stay in Norwich regularly but will never return to this hotel. Only good thing was the staff were friendly."

"The reception was a little hard to find as it was in the old building, but the lady moved above and beyond for us. The hotel is currently being refurbished and we had one of the newer rooms. I was really worried at first and when I got there was so glad, great value for money and very clean. Got a little cold at night could’ve done with a better heating system, and no mugs in the room! If you want a drink you need to bring a cup. But overall was very happy with the stay! These reviews need an update!"
