"Great traditional local pub on the High Street, there is free parking available but is time limited to 1 hour. In the evening, the time limit is relaxed. The staff are always super nice, the prices are pretty reasonable and a decent choice of beers and other cold snacks. There is an outside seating area with open fire. In the bars there's screens for sport and an area for games."

"Upon entering the bar area it felt a bit like a locals pub, but don’t let that put you off. The staff are really friendly and, on a nice day, the back garden is a delight. The outside space is massive, with open and undercover sections complete with large tables for groups. While the inside is clearly geared to the live music nights advertised, the outdoor space is a relaxing oasis. The toilets are really smart and clean and they’re accessible without going via the bar, if you’re outside. Overall it’s a lovely spot in the village and would certainly be my preferred spot given the reasonable prices!"
