"Really decent room. Lovely and warm. Bed was comfy. Really good shower. And the price was really good for what it was. Location was ideal to pubs and clubs. The only note is that the lighting in the bedroom was a bit naff. Other than that would stay again."

"I would need 6 stars to rate this hotel. First of all when I arrived I had booked a double room (I can’t remember bit maybe that was the only option for two persons). When I asked for a twin room I was upgraded to a beautiful room with a double bed and a single bed. Thank you. Second: it’s 10’ walking distance from central Norwich, and the value for money of this hotel is outstanding. Third: breakfast. It’s a really COOKED TO ORDER breakfast, they bring the items when they are cooked, and not all together. Thank you again and see you soon again."

"The staff were super helpful and friendly. They couldn't do more to help. The room was spotless and the welcome tray was a lovely surprise. The breakfast was excellent, but be warned that it is vegetarian, in case you didn't know before. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay and would definitely go again if we venture back into Norwich."
