"My wife took a pair of boots which cost over £100 in for a heel repair, the owner recommended that she had a new sole at the same time. The price quoted for the work was reasonable and she agreed. She found him too be quite rude, although she did still give him the opportunity to complete the repairs. After collecting her boots and returning home before checking them. My wife found the leather of the boots had been damaged and scuffed, which weren’t there before the repairs were carried out. We won’t be using this establishment again."
