"They’re certainly not perfect, but it worked for us eventually. And during this process you’re going to be sensitive to every single detail. I would boldly suggest that they should ask for negative feedback from their clients that are able to conceives, because that is probably the most accurate. Especially those that took a few rounds. Even offer those people money to come back in and talk about how they could improve. This is one of the most important services there is - for people in the most vulnerable situation, but it is often overlooked by society. Striving to do better should be a specific job for someone."

"Do not go to bourn hall fertility clinic money grabbers all they care is money don’t help at all paid all that money for hardly any results so we sent the results to our doctors and doctors done more tests then what bourn have done. STAY AWAY AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! We have found another fertility clinic who is more supportive and a lot better"

I’ve paid nearly £10.000 to have my IVF done last year. It was hurt me so much and I haven’t feel comfortable at all. They treated me differently because I am Asian. I hate this place. Never again."
