"Nice choice of trainers, pleasant staff and i could pay in cash, me being a little behind times."
"Went into store,chose some nice trainers for my son, 2 staff stood there chatting and ignoring me to get a different size, when the guy finally acknowledged me he tried to scan the trainer to check for stock and said there wasn't a label it must be on the other shoe (on the stand) he didn't pick up the shoe to scan just waited for me to pass it to him. He then like a snail went to get them from the back and said he'd put them behind the till. Lady staff was talking to her mates who had come in the shop, the shoes never materialised behind the till. Even the till lady was fed up of his slowness, i eventually walked out, staff were just plain rude, pity as the clothes are great."
"Wasn't that impressed with this store, seems like there is too many stands and displays to be able to move around with ease with a pushchair. I asked to try on some shoes for my son and had to wait 15 minutes for them to be brought to me. Don't think will he returning any time soon."
"It always seems a bit chaotic here , and never seem have what I want here and it's center of Hanley which isn't very nice at all . Much better store about a mile away at festival park which you don't have to pay parking and there's plenty other stores there aswell"
"Went to JD today nearly closing time, they did not have the trainers in the size I required, however Che a staff member tried his upmost to locate at another store. Other staff members assisted to try and locate size. So very helpful considering they were not getting a sale. Definitely recommend Che went above and beyond. Located at Newcastle tried to ring them to save though had closed. As we left said I hope you get them."
