"I was visiting Buxton from South Wales and purchased a pair of Reiker shoes. After arriving home I found that after only 3 days wear both shoes had split. I phoned Bells who asked me to post them back so that they could show the manufacturer. They phoned me the same day they received the shoes back and immediately refunded the cost of the shies and the postage. Excellent service."
