"My partner and myself, although old customers of John Doe, have not been into the store since before Covid Lockdown, we called in last week and the store refit looks amazing, we had coffee and scones ( as you do!) and were very impressed, so much so we returned today! We went in last week looking for two fireside chairs and spoke with Tracey who was extremely helpful as always and we went back today to place an order and saw David in Tracey's absence who was also very helpful and sorted our order out for us. We are happy to recommend your store to anybody as we have in the past."

When we went to Soft Furnishing's Department Hayley was very helpful, showing us a range of different designs etc nothing was too much trouble. I bought a light but I’m definitely going back to see Hayley to sort curtains for my dining room."

"Bought a sofa and armchair with the help of the manager. Very helpful and reassuring. We then went down and bought a carpet and underlay to be fitted. The lady who served us was helpful and gave us time to decide which one. Then she managed to get the carpet fitted and sofa delivered within the week! Really impressed. Thank you"
