"Had such wonderful help from Dennis at the weekend that we couldn't stop talking about what a great experience our visit to the Dreams store was - such a contrast to other stores in the same retail park where we were either ignored or trapped in pushy sales pitches in some cases. Dennis gave us a warm and friendly welcome, was happy to let us browse for a while before sensing that we might need some of the help we said we didn't need at first - and gave us lots of great information on our choices, as well as some pillows so we could test laying on the beds properly! We went away to mull over our decision and have now ordered a mattress from Dreams - while we did this online in the end, I can absolutely say it was Dennis and our in-store experience that made up our minds, and was definitely worth the trip. Really really impressed"
