"My Trek Rail e-bike stopped working for the first time! I took it to Lewis Cycle shack because I had heard good things and didn’t want to cut corners as the bike was an expensive purchase. My bike was kept in for a week. They advised I needed a level 2 service and new Bosch Motor covered under Warranty. They carried out extensive work to my bike, and I got the bike back two days early. All appears to be working and rides tight like brand new! Staff are very friendly and I’m very pleased with the service I received on my pride and joy. When visiting a bike shop you hope that staff are interested in your bike and want to help in ensuring it is up to standard with maintenance and overall health.
