"I booked an appointment for my daughter to have her hair coloured. We have both used the Kris Morton salon in the past and my daughter has had her hair coloured here on three previous occasions and had a colour patch test done prior to the first visit. We received a call a couple of hours before her appointment today to advise that she needed an updated patch test and couldn't have her hair coloured without this. This information was not provided when I booked the appointment for her. I think It was really poor service to cancel the appointment with such short notice and we will be taking our business elsewhere from now on."
