"Really fed up that it was closed today (Saturday 20th Aug). I work full time so Saturday is the only day I can pick up my prescription meds. I'm going on holiday on Thursday so this means I won't have enough meds to take with me. I know staff sickness can't be helped but I don't quite think they understand the importance of people having to access meds."

When it came to my turn I had an emotional moment where I became upset and could not really speak. Claire, a staff member, who was serving me was so lovely and understanding.
