"Excellent, above and beyond customer service from Hopkins following a problem with Boots being unhelpful and unable fulfil my prescription for two weeks. I called Hopkins and they explained how to get the prescription returned to NHS Spine (database) so that Hopkins could retrieve and fulfil the prescription for me. Hopkins located my prescription and had it ready to collect immediately. I've now changed my nominated pharmacy to Hopkins."

"One of the worse experience. I bought some medicines through NHS prescription and after payment when asked for the bill/invoice to be able to submit for insurance, They outright rejected my request. I insisted asking them it as customer right to get a bill, but i was denied rudely and asked to go away and complaint. I dont know where to complaint about this as my insurance company will not reimburse it without bill."
