"Always friendly and helpful here. Alex knows everyone's name and makes you all feel welcome. Yesterday I spoke to the pharmacist about a rare brand of medication I take which I sometime have to wait for, she said when its due let me know and I'll order it in just for you, she did, I ordered the script and there it all was ready and bagged by 10:30am the next morning. Now thats what I call service, and having worked in hospitality and travel I know good service. Sadly a lot of other shop aren't quite as helpful and welcoming. Good on you Trinity!"
